Amazing instruction and caring instructors. Everyone is invested and cares about you. My son loves all of his instructors and classes. Excellent Brazilian Ji Jitsu classes for kids and adults. Wonderful mix of girls and boys. Best self defense and amazing confidence instilled in students. I appreciate the respect , self discipline, teamwork and supportive environment. And it's fun! Can't say enough about how awesome this place is!

My two boys began karate here and loved it all the way to receiving their Black belts. They loved the instructors, the the self defense, the friends and the fun. Along the way they were introduced to Gracie Jiu Jitsu. They enjoyed it so much that even their parents became curious and gave it a try. That was over two years ago and I can honestly say "5280 Martial Arts" is the most amazing place. Kevin McLaughlin and his instuctors are the best you could ever find. Kevin has a way of captivating his students attention and respect. He is an impeccable martial artist with awesome jiu jitsu skill. The environment in all classes from the Tiny Tigers to Advanced Adults is welcoming, friendly , super fun, and miraculously focused.You and your kids will love this place!

My son has been going here for a couple of years now and it is truly part of his life. He rarely sticks with anything but because of not only the instructors but what they are teaching, he looks forward to Karate 3 times each week.

280 is a great school. They have a wide range of classes you can take, and you learn a lot here. All of the instructors are great, and really encouraging. They push you to your best! As of today, I received my black belt, through a two hour test. Don't let that scare you from achieving your blackbelt though. If you are looking for a martial arts school, you've found the right place.

My favorite thing about 5280 is that the instructors do so much more than teach karate, focus or discipline. They are helping teach my son how to be a decent human being. Or what to do if he gets separated from me in a grocery store or similar place. The importance of helping around the house, and listening to mom and dad. Basically, a lot of things that I can tend to overlook as a parent. My son is being held accountable for 100% of his actions on the mat. The few times he’s been redirected, the instructors have handled the situation from a place of firm, kind discipline. I also feel like I am becoming a better mom by simply watching the example I see from those at 5280, and applying it into my role. Thanks for all you’ve given our family
